We all know that our emotions and mental health can affect us daily and become an issue if they are not dealt with. But what about our chakra?
Chakras are energy points located in the body, starting from the root and ending at the crown. They can be opened or closed and balanced and unbalanced.
When they are balanced, they bring us peace and joy and harmony with ourselves and the world around us. They keep our energy harmonized with the universe.
When they are out of balance, we may experience all kinds of emotional and physical issues, from lack of grounding to poor self-worth and illness.
The good news is that your chakras can be opened and healed, and balanced again
Chakra healing is all about balance. When you bring them back to a state of harmony, life becomes less stressful, healthier, and happier. Each chakra has a different role to play in our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Your root chakra is the foundation of everything. It keeps you grounded, centered, and safe. When the root chakra is open, you feel good about your life, home, and family. In addition, you feel good about yourself as a person.
You feel connected to the earth and tend to be grounded. You are also more compassionate and empathetic towards others. You believe in yourself and are more self-confident. You are more able to see the big picture of life. You are at peace with yourself and the universe. You feel good about your immediate family or tribe.
You support people who need help, and when you are asked to, you are ready to help other people. You don’t feel the need to compete with other people. When your root chakra is open, you are not afraid of what the future might bring.
When you feel good about yourself, everything around you feels right. You have a sense of purpose and meaning in life. You feel that being alive is a gift to be cherished. You find joy in being part of the human race.
Beneath this chakra, you have the ring of fire
This is where the primal energy of life resides. It’s our inner nature and physical power center. It’s what gets our attention when things are in danger, and we have to do something about them.
It’s our instinctive, primal, biological survival instincts. It is also where the mind and body meet or separate from each other.
When this chakra is open, we feel a strong sense of connection with the earth and nature. We can be spontaneous and instinctive. This chakra also gives us the ability to tap into our intuition and spirituality.
When the root chakra is open, we feel connected to everything and everybody. We understand that we are part of the base structure of this universe. Everything has a purpose and meaning in our life. We are grateful for what we have and content with where we are in life.
The crown chakra is particularly interesting to many
The reason for that is because this chakra is found at the top of the head. It is in the shape of a crown. It is also where we feel our connection with God, or whatever you want to call it. We feel that we are part of something greater than ourselves.
When the crown chakra is open, we realize that the greatest gifts in life come from a higher power. We understand that bigger beings out there want to help us achieve our goals and dreams.
